Question 1

How to Order

Accepted Answer

Send an email to nikolay@art-nosov.ru — include the painting title or attach a photo. You can also click the "Inquire" button on a painting's page — an email with the painting title will be created automatically. We will discuss the details, timeline, and delivery method. We respond within 1–2 days.

Question 2

Delivery Terms

Accepted Answer

We ship paintings across Russia and internationally: Yandex Market — fast door-to-door delivery within Russia. CDEK — delivery to a pickup point or by courier, including international shipping. Russian Post — for remote regions of Russia and international delivery. Some paintings are listed on Avito. You can find the listing link on the painting's card in the gallery — click the "Order on Avito" button. Avito offers secure transactions and a money-back guarantee. If you would like to order a painting that is not yet listed on Avito, let us know and we will promptly list it. Every painting is carefully packed: protective film and a rigid box sized to fit. Shipping cost depends on the painting size and destination.

Question 3

Author's Replica

Accepted Answer

Any painting can be recreated as an author's replica — a new original work based on the same subject. Size and details are discussed individually. Write to us by email to learn more about the process and timeline.
